A word from your Managing Director

Dear Dom

Thank you for your emails. I am sorry for Wednesday's delay, the train ahead of yours, our 07:56 from Oxford, was suffering with loss of power and had to run slowly. You were therefore held up behind.

On Friday our 08:06 service arrived into Paddington 8 minutes behind schedule due to a similar incident involving another late running service .

Both incidents were disappointing and I apologise for your late arrival into London.
